Job Description

Pierce, a locally owned family business, has been serving Montana for over 100 years. We are currently seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized Administrative Scheduler/Coordinator with a customer service orientation. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming installation dates with customers and installers, conducting follow-up phone calls, and assisting the sales team where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Verify that all paperwork is submitted and meets company requirements.
  • Schedule installations by contacting customers and installers.
  • Track product to ensure its arrival before scheduled installation.
  • Job cost invoices to confirm product delivery and installation completion.
  • Close out till each morning by printing reports, counting cash, and making deposits.
  • Assist with general upkeep of the showroom.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system.
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
