Salary: $115,786 - 156,652 per year Requirements:

• Must possess a minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but an equivalent combination of years of experience and education is acceptable.
• Experience supporting telephony, video, network, and/or other collaboration devices is necessary.
• Experience providing customer service and end-user support.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving A/V issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Minimum of four years' experience with AV technologies is desired.
• Additional experience with Cisco Telepresence endpoints, WebEx, Cisco CMS, and Cisco Jabber is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• I will deliver simple solutions to complex problems as an AV Systems Engineer, tailoring cutting-edge solutions to meet our clients' unique requirements.
• My responsibilities will include overseeing the use, operation, movement, and storage of all AV equipment, as well as providing customer support for all audio-visual equipment.
• Daily tasks will involve conducting conference room checks to ensure all equipment is online, functioning, and charged.
• I will provide hands-on technical support for all conference room meeting needs, including video, audio, WebEx connectivity, and laptop connections.
• Customer support during meetings will include video teleconferencing and troubleshooting AV issues, while logging all transactions in ServiceNow.
