Company Overview: San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in San Marcos, Texas is looking for a qualified Full-Time CEI Sales Coordinator to work for our sales department ($15-$18/Hour + Bonus Opportunities). Receive all questions and concerns from external and internal customers.
Receive, sort and prepare a checklist for all customer materials.
Follow Up with all Customers within 24 hours of Vehicle Purchase.
Interact with Customers while they are waiting for Finance.
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
Developing and implementing a strong customer experience strategy
Ensure Customer satisfaction before leaving the dealership
Maintain Perfect Deliveries
Daily Reports to Sales Manager
Maintain Monthly CFA (Customer First Award)
Audit Sales Training
Perform all Active deliveries
Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements

2 Years (or more) of customer service experience required
GED or equivalent
Computer proficiency using MS Office, email, and general internet
Ability to deal effectively with customers, staff and management
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Quick learner, able to work in fast paced work environment
The ability to learn and utilize multiple computer programs
Strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently or in a team-driven environment
Ability to meet deadlines
Willing to work Saturdays
Valid Driver’s License
Must be able to pass a background check, driving record and drug test
