Key Responsibilities

As a Community Outreach Assistant, you'll be the face of our client brands at local events and activations, helping build meaningful relationships with the communities we serve. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of community events , marketing activations , and outreach campaigns
• Representing brands at live events , pop-ups , and on-site promotions
• Engaging with the public to promote client products , services , and missions
• Supporting event logistics: setup, coordination, breakdown, and attendee interaction
• Gathering insights and feedback to improve future campaign effectiveness
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all community initiatives
• Performing administrative tasks such as event reporting , data entry , and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Outgoing, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow professionally
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
• Previous experience in event marketing , customer service , or community outreach is a plus
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
