Pantomath is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate student to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Success Co-op. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a Master's in Information Systems, MBA, or a related field with a strong interest in SaaS solutions and project management. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience supporting client onboarding and post-sales implementation projects
Key Responsibilities
Support customer onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating training schedules, and tracking implementation milestones.
Assist in managing project timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables using project management tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery of customer implementations.
Monitor customer engagement metrics and assist with identifying areas for improvement.
Document implementation workflows, best practices, and lessons learned to support process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), or related field.
Previous internship or academic project experience with SaaS technologies is preferred.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
