Summary:
We are seeking a Dough Mixer to prepare and mix dough for various baked goods, ensuring accuracy and consistency in measurements and techniques. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining mixing equipment, monitoring dough quality, portioning dough, and collaborating with the baking team to meet production needs. This role also involves maintaining a clean, safe workspace and tracking ingredient inventory. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, the ability to follow recipes accurately, and a team-oriented mindset.
