Job Description

Revel Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our Design & Development team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects at Anakeesta, WildSide, and other Revel Group properties. This role will play a key role in bringing immersive and dynamic spaces to life. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing construction projects from CD-phase to delivery.
  • Support the development of project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with general and specialized contractors.
  • Track project progress and maintain detailed documentation, including reports and meeting notes.
  • Assist in reviewing design plans and ensuring alignment with project goals and Anakeesta’s brand vision.
  • Monitor construction progress, conduct site visits, and conduct QA for stakeholders.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with permits and industry standards.
  • Support procurement efforts, including sourcing materials, and obtaining bids.
  • Participate in design and planning meetings, providing logistical and organizational support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Previous work experience may suffice in lieu of degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project management, construction, or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at any given time.
  • Passion for themed entertainment, hospitality, or destination development is a plus.
