• Must be a US Citizen, not dual citizen and able to pass a full background check and drug screen and hold TS Clearance 
• BA/BS Degree required

The ideal candidate will have a history of working within IT environments, especially those that leverage Microsoft technologies, will prepare you for the challenges of this role. Prior involvement in migration projects, user training initiatives, and the development of IT policies will demonstrate your capability to manage complex tasks and guide an organization through its digital transformation journey. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and stakeholders will be essential in delivering a robust and reliable M365 infrastructure. Your experience will be the cornerstone of your effectiveness as a Microsoft M365 Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Microsoft M365 applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365
• Implement security measures to protect data within Microsoft 365
• Collaborate with IT team to integrate Microsoft 365 with other systems
• Provide training and support to end users on Microsoft 365 applications
