**Responsibilities** + **Patient Care** : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. + **Procedures:** Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients. + **Communication** : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach. + **Documentation** : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. + **Team Collaboration** : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. + **Quality Improvement** : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. + **Compliance** : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations. + **Continuous Learning** : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training. **Qualifications** + A valid and unrestricted California medical license + Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) + Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program **Overview** Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton ( is a multi-specialty Group that is a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation. Our affiliate hospital, St. Joseph's Medical Center, earned the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval, for Joint Replacement for Hip and Knee Certification.
