Our multidisciplinary team (MDs, DCs, and therapists) combines interventional procedures, chiropractic care, and advanced rehabilitation to achieve superior outcomes for acute/chronic pain patients.

Autonomy & Support Dedicated exam room + medical assistant for seamless workflow.
Flexible Schedule Choose your days (up to 6/month) as a 1099 contractor .
Specialized Caseload Focus on spinal pain, MVA injuries, and complex MSK cases .
Your Role
Conduct evaluations/intakes for spinal pain patients (including motor vehicle accidents).
Design personalized treatment plans incorporating interventional and conservative therapies.
Perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Work alongside chiropractors to optimize non-surgical outcomes .
Ideal Candidate
Board-certified/eligible PM&R Physician (or Pain Medicine-trained MD/DO).
Florida license (or in process) + procedural competency in spine interventions .
Passion for team-based, non-operative pain management . Strong diagnostic skills for complex spinal/MSK conditions .
