Job Description

Experienced Title Originator with processing and closing experience for the Annapolis office. Compensation is base salary and performance bonus. Benefits: PTO and 401(k) Must be Maryland TIPIC Licensed and Current Notary Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively and regularly with Real Estate agents, Loan officers, and clients
Conduct all phases of the Title process through Closing
Utilize technical skills to interact through Social media/ Internet/E-recording
Validate and verify all financial and remote communication

Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate will be Personable and Positive with a can-do Attitude
3 years plus of Title experience and interaction with Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers
Meet State Licensing requirements- Title Producers license and Notary
