Position: SAP GTS Business Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA/Remote

Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP GTS processes, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (supply chain, legal, finance, IT) to ensure SAP GTS solutions align with global trade regulations and business needs.
Design, configure, and test SAP GTS enhancements and solutions; participate in integration with SAP ECC/S4 and other third-party systems.
Lead and support SAP GTS implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts across regions.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, working with technical teams to resolve them efficiently.
Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, user manuals, test cases, and training materials.
Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
Stay current with regulatory changes in international trade and ensure system compliance.
