Server
We are looking for individuals who are outgoing and have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. To succeed in this server role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with others. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired. We pride ourselves on cross-training all service employees in the following roles: serving, bartending, and beverage cart.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure customers are enjoying their experience and take corrective action when necessary.
• Proper cash handling.
• Adhere to all food service sanitation and health code guidelines.
• Adhere to proper hygiene practices, including arriving in a clean uniform for every shift.
• Consistently act in a professional manner and treat others with respect at all times.
• Must have an active food handler's card.
• Must have AZ Title 4 Liquor training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.70per hour + tips
We can accommodate a flexible schedule and have a close relationship between management and employees to create the ultimate work environment.
