Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver instruction based on IEP goals and student skill levels
• Create lesson plans, curriculum materials, and track academic performance
• Assess student needs using standardized tools, CBAs, and ongoing observation
• Complete all IEP paperwork, reporting, and data tracking requirements
• Collaborate with support staff, administrators, and families to monitor progress
• Supervise classroom aides and contribute to positive classroom management

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois PEL with LBS1 Certification
• Experience writing and implementing IEPs
• Proficiency in curriculum adaptation and behavioral intervention planning
• Skilled in data collection, academic assessments, and goal tracking
• Ability to lift and assist students as needed and maintain safety protocols
