Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our motorcycle dealership. Under the guidance of the General Manager, this role is responsible for managing overall dealership performance, driving profitability, enhancing customer experience, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a strong background in sales, dealership management, and customer service, and a motorcycle enthusiast. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Performance

  • Drive new and used motorcycle sales by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and develop action plans for the team, ensuring individual and dealership goals are met.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to improve performance, enhance customer interactions, and close deals effectively.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and optimize performance.
  • Lead by example, actively participating in the sales process, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Parts & Service Department Oversight
  • Collaborate with the Parts and Service Managers to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service department performance, ensuring timely and quality repairs while maximizing profitability.
  • Support the parts department in inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels and product availability.
  • Promote service and parts sales by driving customer retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between sales, service, and parts teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Store Operations & Management
  • Oversee daily dealership operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming showroom that aligns with brand standards.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing sales team and support staff.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive work environment that motivates employees and promotes teamwork.
Customer Experience & Retention
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Promote dealership events and community outreach programs to drive traffic and brand awareness.
Marketing & Business Development
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, riding groups, and community organizations.
  • Drive digital and social media engagement to increase dealership visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in a dealership or store management, preferably in the motorcycle, automotive, or powersports industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a dealership setting.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach and motivate employees.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software (CRM, DMS).
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of the industry is highly preferred.
  • Must have a valid motorcycle endorsement or be willing to obtain one.
