Job Description The goal of the Telesales Commissioned Sales Associate (CSA) is to create more revenue for the company by generating new sales and upgrades by contacting existing owners by phone. Duties and Responsibilities: Receive and make phone calls to existing owners interested in upgrading or purchasing additional weeks Upgrade VOA, and Travel Club Members in good standing Follow up with new written sales Maintain a minimum net volume of $33,000 Make a minimum of 200 calls per day Qualifications: Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
