About the Role

As UX Designer/Researcher , you'll play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences that make complex financial processes simple and intuitive. You'll work cross-functionally to understand user needs, design solutions, and validate designs through research. This role requires strong design thinking, research skills, and a passion for creating products that users love.

What You'll Do

  • User Research & Insights – Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
  • Design System Development – Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
  • Wireframing & Prototyping – Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and test ideas with users, leveraging AI tools to accelerate the design process
  • Information Architecture – Design user flows, site maps, and navigation structures that make complex workflows simple and logical
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling user experiences
  • Usability Testing – Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Data-Driven Design – Use analytics, heatmaps, and user feedback to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes
  • Customer Journey Mapping – Create detailed journey maps and personas to guide product development and ensure user-centered design
  • Design Reviews & Iteration – Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate based on user needs and business goals
  • AI-Enhanced Design Process – Utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping, content generation, user research synthesis, and design iteration to improve efficiency and explore creative solutions

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX design and user research with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and prototyping tools such as Lovable
  • Experience with user research methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Knowledge of React MUI and understanding of technical constraints and possibilities
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions to various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations
  • Familiarity with AI design tools and technologies for prototyping, content generation, and design optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in Logistics or Freight Tech preferred
