Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar. + 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams. + Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including research design, data collection, analysis, and synthesis. + Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Design, Engineering) to drive product strategy and execution. Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field. + 10 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above). + 7 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization. + Experience working on large-scale consumer products, ideally in the photo/video space. + Experience working with or managing UX Writers, and understanding the impact of content on user experience. + Excellent communication, presentation, and people-management skills. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
