Title And Summary Services within Mastercard are responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services leveraging expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations : Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients, using customer data to provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, evaluating campaign results, and optimizing marketing performance. Roles and responsibilities include managing deliverables and workstreams across industries, developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, leading team meetings, collaborating internally, and mentoring junior staff. Qualifications Undergraduate degree with experience in marketing and campaign projects in areas such as digital marketing, social media, product launches, ad-tech, mar-tech, offline campaigns, media management, or direct response marketing. Experience managing tasks or workstreams collaboratively with third parties, clients, or stakeholders. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills in English and the local language. Preferred qualifications Additional experience in marketing fields like agency campaigns, SEO / SEM, video content, usability testing, print production, supply chain management, data visualization tools, or industry-specific expertise. Experience coaching junior staff and developing client solutions. Advanced degrees or specialization in marketing or digital fields are a plus.
